IT'S EXAM SEASON. and all of us are studying really hard now! please keep fit and healthy so that we will be in tiptop condition when we resume training again! drink loads of water, do daily pt and stretching, don't snack too much (i caught ben eating an entire tub of b&js alone in his room ahaha shh) and i know we're crazy hall people but let's all try and have regular sleeping patterns? (we can at least try!)
