this year, let's all work together to improve. everyone do their share and help out your base/flyer. while we get stronger together, let's not forget to love each other! words of affirmation and encouragement, comforting hugs, massages for aching backs, late-night talks in each other's rooms, pats on shoulders... protect your family squad! the amount of time and emotion you invest into the team, employ it positively towards your friends and team-mates! working hard won't be such a chore if we are determined and if we do it together and enjoy the process(:
